Red wasn't a superstitious person at all so the fact that it was Friday the 13th she could care less about. What she did care about was the pull of the moon. It wasn't even close to being visible in the sky yet and she could feel the pull. That did not bode well. Yes, she could change at will and she was herself while in wolf form, but this - this was different than anything she'd experienced before in the village.
So, to distract herself until the moon rose, Ruby was deciding on different sandwiches or salads to try. The door was open with music playing and a large handmade sign that said 'Free samples inside.' Inside the samples ranged from chicken salad with grapes on croissants to spinach salad with crab and lobster.
