She and the Admiral came in after the Marines. Both of them were worried that you might sell us out to the Cylons. The Admiral, he at least seemed to sort of understand, but President Roslin... it was like she forgot Hera being on the base ship wouldn't have happened if she hadn't lied to us.
I would never sell out anyone to... is that what they thought? That I did it trade information for Hera? God, if it came down to choosing between her and everyone else, though, I'd pick her. Maybe they were right.
They basically told me that I had taken a big gamble, helping you do it, since they didn't trust you as much as I did. I'm glad you didn't have to make that choice. But believe me, I would've chosen the same, especially then.
Both of them said that? Or just President Roslin? It doesn't make us horrible people though. I think they don't understand the bond we have with each other or with our daughter. Maybe the Old Man does, but... I don't know.
The Admiral was cautious and concerned. But the President, I think she was ready to have me arrested, maybe for treason, at least in that moment. Admiral Adama understands. He's a father.
Revenge would have been nice, too. Especially after everything we went through.
