What to say? Merlin only knows.
Mum's sent me a book by a Muggle author from Canada. It's called The Life of Pi, and is rather . . . well, quite frankly, it's rather odd. But compelling in a way. It claims to be the book that will make one believe in God.
Do wizards believe in God? Do we go to church on Sunday mornings? I know my parents didn't. Or at least Mum hasn't since Daddy died, and I don't remember us going before. I know some of the Muggle-born students do. I'm curious now: is it just my family that isn't religious? Or does magic fill the void Muggles try to fill with faith?
I miss Blaise. Dreadfully. Stupid girl.
It never fails to astonish me how people will constantly pine over things or persons that are not good for them. In the slightest. Particularly when there's an alternative which is infinitely more beneficial. But no, people are perverse and foolish.
I wonder how long it will take Linda to break her promise.
