when you think you are enlightened, its really grand.
i made a mental note to myself to start a diary again. this is not to standard. i'm looking forward to some balance and meaning. i think that i can't decide on a major because i'm comforted in school. i'd rather not part from it.
i made a mental note to myself that when i started a journal there would be a rant dedicated specifically to dora the explorer. thanks to leigh-ann i watched a wonderful clip of her twin, maraka and understood right then. had the creators of the film design it just for that? it seemed so important to me at the time. that people are so addicted to television, that children who grow into adults are so addicted to television because their parents sat them in front of it for so long. because television, no, because dora just serves as a bit of conversation to your toddler and jay leno to your fifty year old father that he couldn't find elsewhere.
why would we converse? we have television.
i’ll write you a song and it won't be hard to sing
it will be a natural anthem, familiar it will seem
it will rally all the workers on strike for better pay
and its chorus will resound and boost morale throughout the day
