I am dying.

I am dying a slow and painful death; at least that's how I feel right now.

In reality I only have strep throat, but my entire body hurts. I have a headache, swollen glands, sore throat, body aches, fevers (when the ibuprofen wears off), and tiredness.

On top of all that I had to get blood drawn today. If you don't know me, you might need a little information... I HAVE A PHOBIA OF NEEDLES. It's true, I get all panicky and light-headed; I can't breathe correctly, and my hear starts racing. This is the first time I have been pricked by a needle at the doctor without my mom in all of my nineteen and a half years on this earth. Do you know what got me through it? I sang (in my head) "Part of your World" from Disney's: the Little Mermaid. Gay, right? I know... but it's the only thing that kept my heart from beating out of my chest.

Oh, with all that talk of panic I forgot to tell you why I had to get blood drawn in the first place. Well the doctor told me that my symptoms meant I had three possible illnesses:

1.) Strep throat; which required a throat schmere.
2.) The flu; which required a nose schmere.
3.) Mono; which required blood work.

Good thing is I didn't have the flu, mono, or any other communicable diseases, it was simply strep throat. Now I am on penecillin, and had to miss my last class today.

My roomie is going to Wal*Mart to pick up soup and pizza and we are gonna pull up some couch and watch Disney movies. That makes me really happy. Even if I am on my death bed.
