I don't like Naruto in particular but I like some anime that is a lot like it so Naruto probably just lost out from the "TOO POPULAR NOT COOL TO LIKE IT" problems I have left over from middle school.
Creation: I need to make stuff more often. It helps a ton that I have a classroom which is a dedicated making-things-space so maybe if you redecorate you should have a corner like that. My latest project that I was supposed to accomplish a week ago is planting potatoes! :D right now all my projects are related to me spending less money. I don't know if that counts as creation.
Also I bought a sewing machine off my friend so MAYBE I SHOULD USE IT???
Secrets: I've gotten less so but I definitely used to be in the "hey hey tell me everything in your life what's that you want to know one little thing about me? uh no" so my point is that I have always hated secrets from OTHER people but now I am kind of less hypocritical.
I don't know if you have the secretiveness thing because obviously it would be secret :/ but that was my anecdote.
Secrets also make me really insecure "are they talking about me?" plus "why don't they trust me"

Books: I am reading Haruki Murakami's new book 1Q84 and it's awesome but it's taking 4 years because I am busy. BUSY GETTING ON LJ!!! uh...
