I seriously love living in a city that has one of the best concert venues in the entire country. 2007 is shaping up to be yet another awesome concert year. I've already had Justin Timberlake in January, I've got Josh Groban in April, and Keith Urban in June. And I just happened to be browsing the John Mayer website this morning, and saw the Continuum Summer tour dates had been announced, and bam, there's Fresno slated for June 6th. ONE WEEK before Keith! I'm completely over the moon. I had to call the mom and squeal. She's a Local-83 member, so we get presale at some point. Eeeee! Mayer! Twice in two years! So excited.
Have had the weekend off, which has been nice. The parents and I went to the outlets in Tulare yesterday, which was fun. Did some shopping and only spent $60. Woo. Then we ended up at the Cingular store, upgrading my cell phone to a new, shiny red SYNC phone. I'm affectionately naming it Tony. Haha.So I have a new phone, and I already downloaded a new ringtone for it. I had to have "Stupid Boy" by Keith Urban for it. Heh. I miss my "Vultures" tone, so I may have to shell out for that one again.
Been on a SportsNight kick again. I can never get enough of those DVDs. I still like picking out lines that Sorkin used on The West Wing after SN ended. And seeing all the bit players on SN that ended up on TWW. Janel being the most noteworthy. Heh. Speaking of TWW, the new TV Guide that had Rob Lowe on the cover? Gorgeous. He's so lovely.
The rain is starting to get on my nerves. When it makes my shoulder ache for hours, it's not cool. Age 25, and I'm falling apart. Very bad. While we definitely need the rain, it still sucks.
Oscar night! Woo! Will be sitting with my popcorn watching tonight. I have seen very few of the films and such, but it'll still be fun.
