(no subject)
I stole my brothers old dresser from our spare bedroom and upon cleaning out the drawers, found 2 fuzzy navel wine coolers and it made me laugh. I'd say they're at least 6 years old.
I put the dresser in my room and my clothes are much more organized now. Having the new dresser in my room inspired me to clean up everything else and to also go through my CD's to get rid of the ones I don't want. In that process i found 2 cd's that i've been actively missing for a REALLY LONG TIME. Damien Jurado - rehersals for departure, and the miseducation of lauryn hill. I love them both and I'm so excited that i found them. I decided on 19 cd's and 2 books that I can live without, so i'm going to try to make some money out of them tomorrow.
I routinely see disturbing things at my work...but Tuesday was really bad. One of the girls (not from the dorm I work in) went AWOL...but a maryhurst staff saw her later that night and the police went to get her, as is procedure when someone is AWOL. So this girl is pretty small, but it took 4 police officers to get her under control and in the car. When she got back to campus, she was basically hog tied. Her hands were cuffed behind her back, her ankles were cuffed and there was a chain connecting the two sets of handcuffs, so her legs were bent and she couldn't put them down because they were chained to her hands. To get her out of the car, the police officer basically picked up the chain and dragged her out on to the concrete, where we promptly offered to take over with our "safe crisis management theraputic holding transport" to get her in the building. It was horrible.
Both of my brothers are gone! :( Adam is navigating his way through some woods with the national guard, and tim is in st.louis training for his new job.
my joints have been KILLING me for the past 2 weeks or so.It had gotten a little better, but now its really bad again. It lasted 8 months last time, and its been 5 months so far this time...so maybe its almost over... lets pray that it is.

Pam is awesome. She made me a shirt that reads "YES, I LOVE YOUR ACCENT" how great?
For the first time in years, I finally get a notification on my phone when i have voicemail. I had to go in to the cingular store and have the guy fix it.
I'm making plans to SNORKEL at the GREAT BARRIER REEF in AUSTRALIA!!!!
