i like rain and things
so i walked to town today. haha, well i tried.
i just so badly needed to get out of my goddamn house.
i decided the library would be an excellent destination. the park would have been my first choice but it had already started to drizzle. so i packed myself a bowl, gathered all my shit together, double checked to make sure i had what i needed for my journey [keep in mind i live only a mile or two from town - walking distance, haha]: pre-packed bowl, umbrella, purse, cigarettes, lighter, cell phone, book, hoodie, jacket.. anything else?
so i was set! i sat down on my bed and took a hit from my bowl.. HAHHAHAHAHA.
oops.
i didn't delay, i marched right out that door and into the wild.. and by the wild i mean my driveway. with the umbrella over my shoulder, shielding my house from seeing anything i was doing with my hands and my mouth, i took two more hits as i slowly made the way up, over and down my driveway to the road. and yeah, those three hits total wrecked me. i mean i was having fun, i just didn't know how i was going to make it to town before nightfall [current time? about noon]. so after walking for about 10-15 minutes, i called jesse and asked him what he was doing in about an hour and a half. he was just sitting at home watching monty python. so we decided to hang out and i said let me call you back when i get to town, it'll be a while. well, five minutes later i called back and said, "yeah, you were right. pick me up in front of max's house instead. there's no way i'm going to make it to town." i was walking on the rail trail and the first point that it opens to the road from my house is right in front of max and hannah's. i really was quite disappointed in myself that i couldn't make it to the end of the freaking trail. i mean it was raining, i was getting rocks in my shoes like nobody's business and i was freaking high.
BUT STILL.
so i sat down on some post thing and read until jesse pulled up. i'm pretty sure most of the car ride to his house was full of giggles - i smoked the rest of my bowl with him. we pretty much just watched monty python and smoked pot. it was all so silly. i like silly things. but then chloe came in with the phone and got yelled at for undisclosed reasons and left. but we went and found her later and found out alex had called, called him back, he came over, then we went to mike's. yay new kid! ali was there. and we all hung out, watched tv and smoked hash. well, i didn't smoke any as i was still too high. alex had to go home early. we watched more tv. we went out and got pizza at some point, too. then it was time to go home after an unimaginable amount of hours had slipped by. but first boyd showed up. i needed sleep though [yeah for work at seven in the morning!]. so in his pretty jeep rubicon, mike drove me home and then jesse home. boyd stayed and hung out with ali i think.
my night ends here and my morning is going to start way too soon.
