Mission Accomplished!

Well at least one anyway.  I wanted to make a few more wind chimes even though I've given more away as gifts than sold.  My cousin bought one for a shower gift for a girl who wanted vintage things for her kitchen.  I was hoping some people at the shower would like one too and thought I should get a few more up on Etsy.  I only have 5 up right now.  I finished four or five and now have to get them photographed and uploaded to the account before Saturday.  I can do that!  It helps to keep busy.  I'm seriously fighting depression right now.

I finally put stamps up for sale on ebay and I have several more lots to post.  I was going to put more up tomorrow evening or maybe Thursday.  I have some bids on a couple of them already.  It seems like a lot of the used stamps are being sold at about half their retail value, which is still kinda pricey, so I have tried to make mine a good bargain!  Take a look here:

I'm getting ready to make shower invitations for my niece, Mary.  Shower is in October.  Meg wants a Martha Stewart Halloween Chic look and sent me some samples of ones she likes.  I also want to start an album for new baby Annabel for her Granny.  I made one for Theo and one for Violet so it's only fair!  (I think I still need to upload Violets to the scrapbook here on LJ)

Watched Valmont last night, starring Annette Benning and Colin Firth.  It became clear to me early on that it is another version of Dangerous Liasons, which I think was a little better than this one.  I know one thing....it made me uncomfortable to watch Valmont (Colin) kissing and stroking the bare bum of a 15 year old girl and I had to wonder if he felt uncomfortable doing it.  Anyway, the costumes were lovely and Colin is adorable even in long hair (lol).  Krissy says we are TOTALLY cousins in one way or another, with our Granny being a FIRTH too.  (Assuming his real name is Firth)  I guess that makes me kinda creepy to be lusting after a possible cousin, eh?  :-p LOL

I'm reading Deathly Hallows over before I try to watch movie 1 and 2 - mostly because I fogot almost all of what happens.  I also want to see Cowboys vs. Aliens or whatever the title is.  The ads are claiming it's the first time they melded Westerns with Sci Fi..... I beg to differ.... can you say FIREFLY???  Or how about Westworld?  Now I'm thinking about Malcom Reynolds. LOL

Over and out for now................
