Elemental Fighters what?
It's strange -- really, really strange. Out of literally nowhere I was suddenly bitten with an urge to do a bit of art for Elemental Fighters of all things. I've kept it at bay for a few days by working on other things (hell, I'm working on something right now, and that'll probably take a while), but there's going to be a time when I'll have free time and damn it, I'll probably draw something. The scary thing is, I'm not quite sure what that something will be, since Sadie never inpired me much, sad to say. It could be the villians, for all I know, since I had a particular soft spot for them. It could be Sadie's fairy guide, even though there's only one surviving picture of her (that I have; maybe Erin's still got the old linearts she did of the guides), and that's just a sketch.
Even writing about it is making my muse perk up a little. It's going hey, draw an EF pic! Wouldn't that be a great idea, huh? NO MUSE IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA GO BACK TO THINKING UP ANGSTY PICS BASED ON EVANESCENCE SONGS PLZ.
It's not that I want to restart the RPG, far from it. I just want to draw a pic or two, and I don't know why. I've been looking up whatever I can about it -- references in chatlogs from two years ago -- I found a few old pics on Koreena's apparently rarely-used Geocities site -- and that's just making it worse. :P
Must go back to CGing this huge-ass pic. Maybe that'll distract the muse. :P
Oh yes, two last sidenotes -- one: we might not be going to Toronto because Dad's boss hasn't emailed him back yet. Apparently if he hasn't emailed back by eleven tonight, we'll cancel.
Two: is it just me, or are the LJ times completely messed up? They used to be fine before, but now I go to post something at, say, eleven, and the timeslot says it's three in the afternoon. It's been doing that all the time lately, and I don't want to keep manually changing it to the correct time. I don't know what's going on; I haven't changed my timezone or anything; is there some sort of announcement I missed? x_x
