I cannot actually get over the extreme gloriousness of the UK's weather! How beautiful can it possibly be?!
My life is a busy ole machine at the moment; we're buying a house in Woodstock, and the boy is in and out of the country all the time because work is abusing him. I'm away with work quite a bit (I just made it to Denver for the American Physical Society conference - go physicists, you work that socks and sandals look!) and my new hockey club is a dream - we play like four or five times a week. Hockey!
The boy brought back nina simone's album (the very best of) as well as nelly furtado and the fray, so I have a whole eclectic music vibe going on in the house at the moment, and the sun is shining, and all is good, yo...
