more wibbling about the big computer crash of last year
I found a minicopy of my favourite collage; the voyager one that is all colour and nostalgia. I don't know whether it's worse to be able to see it and still not use it - the file size is too small to show up with any res on a big screen - or to not have a copy of it at all. It's so frustrating; I had files on two computers but in lending them to family (who didn't have computers at the time) I lost all my backups - they decided it was okay to wipe all my files without asking. Work, collages, music, photos - everything. And of course, this didn't come up until the computer died and I was asking to have it all back. Very grr.
It's on an old yahoo group that I used to mod (very old - and mostly dead now...) and if only I'd saved it in files. whine. whine.

I thought it was pretty, at least. And since all my files went, I can't even find and use the images to remake it - there's nothing left. gutted.
