What is this free time stuff?
I can't believe it, after not stopping for the past 4 weeks I actually have some time today to do stuff, like update here, do the washing up and stuff! I lead such an exciting life.
Well this is my half term, two days off. I suppose it's better than nothing but I have a list of stuff to get done that is just miles long and getting longer! Placement going quite well (I think) but absolutely exhausting. I'm teaching 20 lessons every week and have been since the Thurs of my first week so my life currently consists of getting up, going to school, coming home, spending 3-4 hours on the computer doing research and typing lesson plans and evaluations (for every lesson!) before finally having something to eat, apologising to Duncan for being boring and knackered and going to bed! I'm mostly enjoying it though, and plan to work very hard today so that I can try to have a nice long weekend off!

Have to go to a parents evening on Valentines. When one of my S3s complained that I'd set homework due valentines I told them that was nothing and i was going to be stuck at a parents night to which one girl replied "That's alright Miss, you might meet some lovely single dad!". Not with my 4th years I won't!
I probably should get more stuff done but I'm procrastinating, went playing pool in the union last night with Duncan and Hannah and Kevin and then got up (well woke up and lay in bed with a book and a cup of tea) early so I'm tired. Want to play games.
No, going to be good and research interactivities for teaching standard deviation. I hate stats!
