sparkling Niou

When I installed Sims 3 Supernatural on my laptop I got this lifetime happiness reward called Immortal. This is for vampires who will not die of old age or from sun exposure.

However, when exposed to daylight, they end up sparkling. Twilight much? Argh.

Whaaaaat? Vampires sparkle now? :/ When they said they expanded on Vampire's since Nightlife, they added sparkles? Really? Fucking Twilight ruining vampires forever.....

I found a way to get away with them going out during the day is for them to get their umbrella out, because it provides shade and they don't burn.

I have a Vampire sim (not a PoT one) and I absolutely love them, they're so fun. I also made them ageless while other sims are able to age up via a hack. Oh! And a funny thing happened, while I was playing said Vampire sim, he was in a jacuzzi at a nightclub, and then he had a "React to strange anomaly" action which I was unable to cancel. O.o...I thought, wtf is going on? So he goes out of the building onto the street, and gets abducted by aliens! O.O;;!! I though, fuck hes gonna come back pregnant now XDDD he has a vampire fiance as well XD I wasn't prepared to save it, but I didn't stick around long enough to see if he'd have a baby or not. It was still pretty funny though. His traits also temporarily changed and he was 'insane' and a 'daredevil', kept freaking out a lot, poor guy ;D

Yes they do with the Immortality lifetime reward. It's hilarious but argh. The sparkling effect is also evident if a vampire takes the vampiric sunscreen but it's temporary.

My sims have yet to be abducted by aliens. One sim even tried to make friends with one, but she had to go to work. Usually an alien would visit the house and look around but they visit at the worst possible time, like when the household is asleep.
