Shizuko from the Maid-sama! anime. She’s pretty much expressionless and impassive but when she gets mad, she’s VERY scary. Plus she speaks very formally and politely...I think. Hmm, maybe she and Yagyuu ought to meet and screw the 2-3 year age gap between them.
