Long time, no see.
So, uh, yeah, I'm gettin' married.
The Mike proposed last Friday in Central Park. It was all very romantic. Until we had to run away to avoid getting mugged by a GIGANTIC RACCOON.
We're thinking ideally September 6, 2015 -- the Sunday before Labor Day. Nice weather, off-peak day (though not month, boo) but with a closed-office holiday, so folks will still get to party, and all the teachers in our friends and families will a) be done with camp and summer jobs, b) be done with their lesson plans and room setups, and c) if not b) then one more day won't do any good.
We're looking at venues now. I have a Google doc. It is a glorious Google doc. I love my Google doc; there are many like it, but this one is mine.
