My father's cardioversion was apparently a success. My mother says he keeps freaking out, though because his heart rate is in the 70s (completely normal). But he had severe bradycardia (HR like 48) for so long and then a week and a half of tachycardia (HR 124) that he doesn't seem to know what normal feels like.
My grandfather is doing very well, and is only taking oral pain meds, so they are springing him from the hospital tomorrow morning. My grandmother and her caregiver went to visit him this morning and he was in good spirits.
Alan's sleep study results are in. As I've been telling him for a few years now, he does indeed have apnea. He gets to do another study, this time with the CPAP. Hopefully this means lower blood pressure, less headaches, and better sleep for him and MUCH better sleep for me when his godamn snoring stops.
I need to go check my pizza dough, so I will talk to you later. Maybe I'll even tell you how much I hate twitter and why.
