(no subject)
I've decided that college sucks.. well know I take that back I actually am really excited about college almost no matter where I go.. even if Its somewhere I am forced into by the p-rents...see I just want to get the hell out of here.. Whats really draining me is all the stupid applications... and the same stupid essay questions over and over:
Question #1:
Tell us about the academic areas which interest you most and your reasons for applying to [insert college here]
now I could just copy and paste my essays, however, beyond being a tad tacky there is also the fact that colleges, believe it or not, aren't stupid, and have caught on to the fact that kids will copy and paste essays if they think they can get away with it... sooooo they switch things up a bit in their essays and make it just different enough that you are stuck writing no less then 20 different essays to please all of their criteria... I'm just happy that they don't do that as much with the extra curricular things like your activity/honors list. I've been kinda keeping the exact same one throughout my application process...
Now I should, of course, have had these in long before now, however, we must take into account the fact that I am inherently LAZY, I got in one or two applications and I thought I was GOOD to go... Unfortunately, mommy dearest doesn't feel the same way, thusly, since it is really her who will be going to these colleges and OBVIOUSLY not me, I am applying to at least 5 other schools that I had no previous intention of even looking at twice... it is such a pity... In retrospect I might thank her someday... but until then I think I am content to cuss and curse her...
In conclusion: stuff cause I don't feel like saying much more... I'm really only writing this to appease anyone who has asked me to post lately.. which is only two or three people, regardless I do live for the fans. to all those who had enough time to read this... you probably need a life, though not as bad as me. I actually wrote this essay about why I hate college essays instead of simply taking the time to write one. I know, I know, genius at work.

PS I jsut noticed that we are now allowed 6 (count them 6 user pics as opposed to the old 3) merry christmas indeed.
PPS bet I had you all fooled with that person I can;t get off my mind thing... the only thing I;m thinking about right now is a bed and Johnny Depp.... umm I go have a picture of Gwen Stephani in my room now though... god shes beautiful...
