Crystelle over at TWOP has provided the sides and information, because She. Is. Great.
Her original posts are HERE, and you can read old speculation there as well, but I thought I would compile them below for ease of reference.  And also so you didn't have to deal with the jaded TWOP-ers.

Again, this was not my work.  Crystelle did all of the heavy lifting and transcription.

6x21 - "How Insensitive" - 5/9
Sides summaries:

Bobby - A side for episode 6.21 has been released already. Bobby is the patient and he weighs 700 lbs. Dr. Howard had been after him to get the surgery ever since he hit 500 lbs. Dr. Howard warns him that there are huge risks. Bobby is aware of the risks but he's been confined to a bed for over a year and a half and he doesn't even feel like himself anymore. He feels like he's trapped underneath the weight of the thing that he's become and he wants out. Dr. Howards says he's concerned but Bobby presses on. He wants out even of it kills him. He tells Dr. Howard not to be worried about him dying on the OR table, eh just doesn't want to die in that bed.

The next scene has Dr. Howard telling Bobby he's been cleared by the cardiologist for the surgery. Bobby has changed his mind and doesn't want the surgery anymore. Dr. Howard tells him he wants the surgery and for him to think about his wife Marisa and baby. Bobby says that is what he's thinking about. He has nothing to offer his kid. He worked his ass off and one day ran out to the mound to pitch at the World Series but now he can't even walk to the bathroom. Dr. Howard says he'll die without the surgery. Bobby says the good news is he'll probably die before his kid gets to know him. His kid can see pictures of the guy Bobby used to be and be proud.

Marisa (wife of obese patient Bobby) - Dr. Howard is with her outside the CT room and asks if Bobby had diabetes before he became immobilized. Marisa says no, he only got diabetes after he put on the weight. She explains that 5 years ago Bobby lost his job and for 2 years he tried finding another one but no one was hiring so he stopped trying and just sat and ate, slept and ate. She thinks Bobby has been sick for a while and every time she'd ask him he would said it was only indigestion and would pass but after finding out she was pregnant she just couldn't ignore it anymore.

Dr. Howard and Dr. Kahn having lunch at the cafeteria and talking sex. Dr. Howard is saying Marisa would have to be on top but she might get altitude sickness. The doctors are laughing then stop when they see Marisa is standing right by their table with a tray of food and looking aghast. Dr. Howard apologizes but Marisa smiles. She says she gets it, they're trying to figure out how she and her husband managed to get her pregnant. She says there were logistics involved and asks the docs if they want her to tell them. The table is silent. Marisa says they should first tell her how they like having sex with their husband/girlfriend. She asks them what their favorite positions are and kinks because she bets they all have a freakshow of their own going on. A horrible, embarrassed beat. Marissa asks if no one wants to go first and then says it's okay because it's probably none of her damn business anyway. Marissa walks away leaving the docs feeling like monsters.

A tearful Marisa exits Bobby's room and approaches Dr. Howard who has discharge papers for her to sign. Dr. Howard starts saying sorry but Marisa cuts in saying she's sure it's a relief for them because Bobby's a big problem and they don't know the man that is inside all that but he's still the same man she's always known. Marisa says Bobby has tried to make them laugh all day but they're too disgusted to even smile or joke with him, to make him feel like a person and they're just making it worse. So unless Dr. Howard wants to tell her how to get Bobby out of there and home, she doesn't need to hear anything else from him/her.

Nancy - 39 years old and has a daughter, Kelly 9. Nancy threw up twice and now she's in the ER with her daughter. The names have been left in the sides: Cristina checks the EKG and tells her she's having a heart attack. Teddy says they are going to get her heart calmed down and they start getting Nancy ready to be moved. Kelly is terrified. Nancy asks about her daughter and says that they are there alone and are flying home to Miami that night. Dr. Howard tells Nancy that Dr. Kahn will take care of Kelly until she is done with the tests.

Teddy and Jackson are talking to Nancy who is recovering from Cardiac Cath. They tell her she'll have a few days here to recover and then she can go home. Dr. Kahn brings Kelly into the room who runs to her mom. Kelly asks her mom if she's better. Nancy says she is but they are going to have to stay there for a while and play lots of slapjack so Kelly has to find a deck of cards. Nancy is losing her breath, clutching her chest, her blood pressure drops.

Kelly - First scene similar to the one summarized previously ending with Kelly saying she wants to go with her mom as they are getting ready to move Nancy.

At the cafeteria, Dr. Howard and Dr. Kingsley eat lunch, Kelly arrives with a half-eaten tray of food and says she's finished. Dr. Howard pulls out 2 dollars and tells her to go get ice-cream but Kelly says she's not supposed to have that much sugar. Dr. H tells her to get some roast beef instead but Dr. Kingsley says Kelly can sit down. Dr. H says no because they are talking about S-E-X. Kelly tells them she's 9 and Dr. H spelled 'sex', she takes the money and leaves.

In the waiting area, Kelly and Dr. Howard are playing slapjack while Dr. Howard explains Kelly what's wrong with her mom by saying it's like there's a hole in a wall and the blood is supposed to go from one room to another but instead is rushing out through the hole. The blood can't get to her head or lungs so they're going to try sewing the hole shut but the heart needs to be strong and Nancy's heart is weak. Kelly asks what happens if her mom dies and Dr. Howard says they'll talk about it if that happens.

Jamie - hot, athletic, 29 year old. She's wearing biking gear and sitting on a gurney. Her knee is badly swollen, bleeding and hurting. Dr. Howard arrives and asks what she did to her knee. She says some jackass mowed her down on her bike and took off. Dr. H checks Jamie's knee and she screams. Jamie's got a shattered patella and says that blows plus she's down 20 dollars. Dr. H doesn't understand and Jamie wincing in pain but still being adorable says her friend told her there's always an upside to an injury and watch the doctor be hot. Jamie told her friend the doctor would be old and fugly but instead Dr.H showed up so now she owes her friend 20 bucks. Dr. H is flattered and flustered, smiles and tells Jamie she/he is going to get her pain meds.

Jamie is in bed and Dr. H is writing up the discharge papers. Dr. H tells Jamie that if it's still hurting after 2 weeks to call. Jamie asks if she can call late at night when she's kind of drunk and comes across an old John Hughes movie on TV. Dr. H is charmed and flustered. Jamie grabs a sharpie from Dr. H's pocket, writes her number down on Dr. H's hand and tells him/her to use it if the spirit moves him/her. Jamie then tells Dr. H to leave because she's on drugs and is going to close her eyes and have morphine dreams about him/her.

Lawyer - Dr. Howard sits across two lawyers in the conference room. Dr. H performed an apnea test on the patient but didn't irrigate the ears to induce an ocular response because he thought it wasn't necessary due to the patient having pupillary response. The lawyer says absence of pupillary response is one of the signs of brain death yet Dr. H declared him dead. Dr. H tells them the patient had minimal brain activity and the lawyer states he was still alive until Dr. H pulled the plug. Dr. H says the patient did not exhibit the level of brain activity that he judged -- the lawyer cuts in saying "That you judged. You decided."

Dr. Howard is back in deposition. The lawyers asks Dr. H to describe what he saw in the patient's scans. There was minimal electrical activity and based on that Dr. H recommended that care should be withdrawn. The lawyer asks how much time elapsed between Dr. H seeing the scans and making the decision to recommend the end of the patient's life. Dr. H says he took less than a minute.

Lauren - Lauren is in Dr. H's office and she's telling him that no judge will hear this case because the client is grieving and sometimes there's nothing else to do with grief, sometimes you need someone to pay. Dr. H says that it's pro-forma then. Lauren says absolutely and as a favor asks that while Dr. H is being deposed to not refer to the deceased as "Mr. Jones" or "He", to not use pronouns, to just stick to "the patient" because it keeps it less emotional. Dr. H agrees then asks why Lisa Jones is. Lauren says Lisa is the plaintiff, it's her prerogative and asks Dr.H if it bothers him that she's here. Dr.H says he's more worried it'll bother her. Dr. H gets paged and leaves.

Dr. H and Lauren walk out of the conference room. Lauren asks Dr. H to stop trying to give them (Lisa/lawyer) a case. She tells Dr. H to keep it clinical, to keep his feelings to himself, to not let them lead him where they want to go and to NOT apologize.

On the catwalk -- Lisa Jones' lawyers hustle her to the elevator, Dr. H approaches them but gets cuts off by Lauren who asks to have a word with him. The elevator arrives and Dr. H is impatient to talk to Lisa, asks Lauren what she wants. Lauren smiles and says she doesn't want anything, she's just keeping Dr.H there until Mrs. Jones has left. Lauren says Dr. H is a kind man, she respects and admires that but Mrs. Jones is grieving and they have no case so the kindest thing Dr. H could say to her is to say nothing at all. Dr. H can't help her and he won't help the hospital. Mrs. Jones is gone and Lauren says she knows Dr. H wants to do more but it's over. Dr. H starts leaving, angry and frustrated and Lauren tells him it was a pleasure working with him.

Note from Crystelle: The Dr. Howard being deposed in the Lawyer and Lauren sides is surely Derek. Jamie with the knee injury sounds like she'll be flirting with Callie. The names were in the sides so Cristina and Jackson will be working with Teddy on Nancy. On the Bobby case, I can see Alex at the lunch table making the wisecrack about Marisa having to be on top and probably getting altitude sickness. I think it'll probably be him and some other resident on the case.

6x22 - "Shiny Happy People"
Sides summaries:
Sabrina - the character being played by Demi Lovato, doctors on the case are Arizona and Alex

Sabrina’s room at the psych ward, morning: Dr. Howard enters her room and says he needs to take a look into her eyes. Sabrina tells him to not talk, he pulls out his penlight and clicks it. It’s not working so he clicks it a few more times. Sabrina starts spinning, holding her ears and closing her eyes tight, she grabs Dr. H’s penlight and collapses on the bed in the fetal position. She whispers through the pain that the world is spinning and begs Dr. H to make it stop.

Sabrina’s room, day: Dr. Howard examines Sabrina as her parents, Stacy and Ken, watch terrified. Sabrina talks in a hushed manner using as few words as possible so everyone else does the same. Dr. H is asking her to look ahead and then to the left, Sabrina says no, it hurts too much. Dr. H asks what hurts and she says the noises her eyes make when she moves them, it’s like sandpaper. Dr. H says it’s okay, no one is going to make her and they’re done now so she can rest.

Sabrina’s room, night: Dr. Howard enters the room to see Stacy and Ken sitting next to Sabrina’s bed and they all talk in a loud whisper. Dr. H asks Sabrina how she’s doing. Sabrina looks around, moves her mouth, sits up in bed, she smiles and tears well up in her eyes. She speaks first in a whisper and says she’s good, repeats it but a little louder and then in a normal voice. She smiles and tears roll down her face and she laughs. They all start to laugh and cry. Sabrina looks directly at Dr. H and shouts that she’s good.

Ken - Dr. Howard examines Sabrina as Ken and Stacy watch terrified. Ken explains that Sabrina has been locked in her room the past week, won’t sleep, refuses to eat, says she has bugs in her stomach. Ken says his brother was schizophrenic and he watched him change overnight. His brother would hear voices, anything would set him off and make him violent. He ended up killing himself when he was 29 so Ken and Stacy are willing to try anything on Sabrina, they just want her to be safe. Dr. H says he/she would like to run a few tests to be sure that nothing physical is wrong like seizures, tumor. Sabrina’s parents hear this and are hopeful for the first time in months.

Sabrina’s sitting on the bed rigid like she always does, her parents are quietly sitting by. The equipment Dr. Howard is setting up makes some noise as quiet as he tries to be and Sabrina flinches every time there’s noise. Ken, stressed, asks what Dr. H what the test is for and Dr. H replies that he knows that it looks like torture but if it is what he thinks it is, they might be able to fix it. Ken reminds him that he’s said that before. Dr. H puts the goggles on Sabrina and turns on the monitor. Sabrina’s eye appears largely magnified on the screen. On the monitor Sabrina’s eyeball starts flinching and twitching, Ken remarks that it looks like her eye is having some kid of seizure and asks Dr. H what is going on. Sabrina rips off the goggles, garbs her pillow and starts sobbing. Ken yells at Dr.H what is he doing to her.

Stacy - Ken and Stacy terrified watch on as Dr. Howard asks Sabrina to look to the left but she hesitates and says it hurts too much. Dr. H asks how long she’s been that way and Stacy explains that it’s been about 6 months but it’s gotten worse the last few weeks. Sabrina refuses to go to school and she started talking about noises. Ken has some experience with mental illness but they’re terrified. Dr. H says he/she would like to run a few tests to rule out that there’s not something physical like tumor, seizures going on there.

Sabrina’s room - Scene similar to 2nd scene in Ken's sides but instead Stacy asks if they really have to put Sabrina through this. They didn’t find a brain tumor, they didn’t find anything with the CT. She says she knows he’s a doctor but she’s Sabrina’s mom and she feels like they are torturing her for no reason. Dr. H says it’s not for no reason. He knows it looks like torture but if it really is what he thinks it is they really might be able to fix it. Dr. H puts the goggles on Sabrina and turns on the monitor where her eyeball starts flinching and twitching. She rips off the goggles, starts bawling, Stacy rushes to her side and comforts her.

Trisha (early 30s) - Dr. Howard enters Amber’s room. Amber has healing burns over a large part of her body including her face and neck. Trisha, also a burn survivor, sits by her side. Both of them are upbeat and Trisha introduces herself to Dr. H as the loyal, selfless friend who’s at Amber’s bedside morning and night. Amber says that in other words she can’t get rid of Trisha who is also jealous that she has a bubble of skin on her back. Trisha says she’s extremely jealous as Dr. H smiles and checks Amber’s chart. The car they were in flipped (driving while texting) and Amber was trapped under it while it burned. Amber asks if there will be a big scar on her shoulder after the surgery. Trisha says they are having a scar contest and Amber is determined to win.

Dr. Howard gives Amber and Trisha some really bad news: Amber needs to have 3 fingers amputated. Amber is stunned, looks at her hand then plasters a smile on her face. She says it’s fine because she survived a car wreck and what matters is she is still alive. She gives Trisha a resolute smile. Trish remarks that Amber used to be a sorority chick before that and sometimes forgets that she’s allowed to have feelings. Amber says it’s not like she was planning a career as a hand model anyway. Trisha asks the doctors how bad will the recovery be and how hard will it be for Amber to use her hand. Dr. H say it’ll be hard, Amber will need rehab of course but it’s possible. Amber asks if everyone is trying to bring her down. Trisha says yes because this sucks and Amber is allowed to think this sucks, she can be grateful for her life tomorrow. Amber is not fine, she looks down at her hand and starts to cry. She reaches for Trisha’s hand, grateful, and Trisha pulls her in for a hug and lets her cry.

Amber (late 20s)- First scene similar to the second scene in Trisha's summary.

Dr. Howard checks Amber post-op. Her face and hand are in bandages but she’s happy. Trisha says she’s going to get some trashy magazines, Amber can practice turning the pages with her claw hand. Amber asks her if she doesn’t think it’s too soon for ‘claw hand’, Trisha says for some people maybe but not for Amber. Trisha gives Amber a warm smile and leaves. Dr. H says Trisha seems like a great friend. Amber says Trisha is her first friend. She’s had other friends but they were bitches and couldn’t be trusted. Ambers knows it may sound weird but she thinks the accident was the best thing that ever happened to her. Dr. H asks if it’s because she met Trisha and she answers no, it’s because she met herself. She explains that they take away your looks and you have no choice but to figure out what’s on the inside. They take away your looks and the liars, bitches, cheaters disappear, only the good people stay. Dr. H says that Amber has found her people and she agrees.

Pretty Tech - Dr. Howard talks to a pretty nurse at the Nurses’ Station. She laughing, he’s flashing his winning smile, it’s all very flirty. Dr. H asks her if she has a middle name. She says her parents couldn’t agree so they didn’t bother. Dr. H says they need to come up with something then and how about “Cheeky”. The nurse says her name: Liz Cheeky McKee. Dr. H likes the name, says it has spunk. She laughs and walks away.

6X23 - FiNALE, EPISODE ONE
Sides summaries:
Ruby - 9 year old patient who has been in a bus accident. Ruby is in her hospital bed when Dr. Howard arrives and asks if her mom has already arrived. Dr. Howard tells Ruby her mom is on her way but they’re going to have to perform the surgery sooner than they thought. Ruby is terrified and begins to cry because she wants to wait for her mom. Dr. H says he/she would be scared too if he/she had been in a bus accident, those are things to be scared of but this surgery which Dr. H is awesome at isn’t something to be scared of. Ruby calms down and asks if her mom will be there by the time she wakes up. Dr. H answers that he/she is almost sure her mom will be there and if she isn’t Dr. H will.

Ken and Lois - Ruby’s parents: Ruby waits with her parents as Dr. Howard enters her room followed by intern Steve. Dr. H tells them the appendix will have to be removed. Lois asks if Ruby needs surgery and Dr. H says yes but the good news is that this is the easiest surgery in the world and even a baby surgeon like Steve could do it. Steve lights up. Lois asks Dr.H if he/she is going to let Steve perform the surgery to which Dr. H responds of course not and that after the surgery Ruby won’t be in any more pain. Ruby smiles and the parents look less nervous than they were before.

Nurse Vivian - working at the desk, looks up to see a patient shuffling out the door with an IV pole trailing behind. She calls out to the patient that he can’t leave the area but he doesn’t stop. She gets up and goes after him.

Pete - 30s, bloody and barely conscious. Doctors are working furiously on him. He’s telling the doctors that he was driving and got rear-ended by some guy. He stopped the car, got out, starting walking toward the guy’s car and got stabbed. Pete’s blood pressure drops and he loses consciousness.

Shelley - 30s, Dr. Howard walks with a frantic Shelley in the ER. She's asking if Pete’s dead and Dr. H says no but the cocaine really did a number on his system. Shelley says she was told he had been in a car accident and asks if Pete’s been doing drugs. Dr. H pulls back a curtain to reveal the doctors furiously working on Pete. Shelley lunges toward him, Dr. H holds her back and tells her they are doing everything they can and that Pete is going up to surgery. Shelley wants to say good-bye but a nurse leads her away and Shelley fights her off. Shelley says they’re going to take him to surgery and he’s her husband so to let her say good-bye. Dr.H relents and they make room for Shelley. As she’s telling Pete she loves him and to not die, he begins seizing. She asks what’s happening and Dr. H says she really needs to step outside, a nurse leads her out.

Officer Marty -40s. Barricades are being put in place outside the entrance to an apartment building. There are cops everywhere and Dr. Howard watches it all unimpressed, she is too tired and it is too late for her to deal with this. She approaches Officer Marty and asks if it’s Jake again on the roof threatening to jump. Officer Marty is asking her to stand back and she yells toward the roof “Three times is too many, Jeff! Crap or get off the pot!” Marty is not amused and tells Dr. H that there is a man on the roof and he has indeed threatened to jump but he needs Dr. H to stand back. Dr. H starts walking towards the entrance but Marty steps in front of her and says no one is going in or coming out of the building. Dr.H is exhausted and on the verge of tears. She tells Marty she lives there, it’s almost 1 in the morning, she’s been on shift for the past 18 hours and just really wants to sleep. She pleads with Marty and he softens, tells her his are going to take care of this and then she can go inside but she needs to do him a favor and stand back. Dr. H says okay.

Waitress - Dr. Howard sits at the counter inside a coffee shop disgustedly digging through scrambled eggs. She pushes the plate aside and the waitress comes over to refill her coffee. The waitress jokes that she should’ve warned Dr. H that those eggs aren’t the sort of thing you eat on an empty stomach or ever. Dr. H says at least the coffee is terrible and the waitress answers there’s always more where that came from. They share a smile.

-------------------------------
Note from Crystelle:I think the Dr. Howard outside the apartment building talking to Officer Marty is Cristina because I can see her defying the cop and trying to go inside and also yelling at a guy threatening to jump to his death to crap or get off the pot. Is it awful of me to wish the guy threatening to jump turns out not to be some random Jeff guy but a PTSD Owen? Not saying I want him to DIE, but it would make the finale slightly more interesting.
