Perhaps you don't and perhaps others are able to see it. It's a matter of personal taste. My personal opinion is I don't. If I had never seen the show, but saw a pic of Callie and George or Callie and Erica I'd feel the same. I do not see a certain something when they are beside each other.
She is the show, but even then she has been know to change her tune when what she wants to happen is nor bought by the audience. Case in point, the reason she gave for supposedly firing Brooke Smith..lack of chemistry.
I understand the facts and in my opinion I do not see any chemistry with Callie and this possible pairing. Facts are also shown via ratings and the ratings have been hemorrhaging for the last several seasons so yeah those millions are dwindling. I suspect Shonda might be surprised by the ratings this season what with Merder over with no hopes due to McDreamy's death, Calzona over, the season of crap that was last year. Even on Grey's Anatomy FB page I've read many,many posts from hardcore fans who have thrown up their hands in disgust and been very vocal about how bad last season was.

Generally we are agreeable about most things on the show, all I was saying to Tania was I feel it's too soon to judge whether Callie and this new woman (IF they are going to be something) have chemistry or not. I understand you can look at a picture and say Oh yeah there looks like something is going on but I also feel that is due to what the are doing and where they are. At this stage they are at work after a possible meeting, it's hard to judge on a something so small.
Of course Shonda can change her mind and she has but what I was saying is it's her show, she's the show if she wanted Calzona and thought it was best she would have done it by now. I don't think she'll care if the ratings drop, putting Calzona together won't help that because not many people like them anyway, not the wider audience and for her to now after this long have them come back together she would have to give a HELL of a story and I don't ever seeing her putting that much effort into them.
