Is it too much to hope for that Meredith talks to Callie about the trauma Arizona endured on the mountain?

Callie looks happy with Meredith. I missed Callie's smile.

These pics confuse me. Wtf was the ABC promo dept thinking?

"Hmm how do we promote a Callie & Arizona centric episode? Got it!! Callie and Meredith pics! BRILLIANT!"

Idgi. And they just make me sad too. Arizona gets no love as usual. :/

I kind of wonder if there's just a set day that determines when the ABC photographer drops by the set because the promo photos often seem to have no rhyme or reason. Episode 4 is Meredith and the girl on the bench when that appears to be a flashback heavy episode around Richard and Ellis, Episode 3 are exclusively Callie and Owen with the veterans. They've got Geena Davis in episode 3 and 5 but no pics with her.

So while I like episode pics and I love seeing Arizona and Callie in them, they just don't seem to have a lot of meaning for the overall episode.

I think that's right. They probably get assigned to go to set at least once during each episode filming.

Is there a chance that pics with Arizona give away too much...is that not a possibility? Also given that this is the season of Mer it doesn't hurt to sell/show that the Calzona centric will feature a chat with Mer...

That's what I think. The pictures of Arizona would probably give too much away, so they used those.
