Behind the Scenes - A Black Cat Femslash Introduction
This is my Black Cat fanfiction - otherwise known as HP's Minerva McGonagall and Sybill Trelawney. First, it's not necessarily going to go how you want it - I wrote it purely for myself. But I liked it so much, I posted it (I have only ever done this with one other show (GA)). Well, there was the one time I wrote a fic w/ a friend of mine and *she* posted it, but that's not really the same. At any rate, at least for the first few chapters, it bounces back and forth between Minerva's point of view and Sybill's. I have already written some of the ending, so by the time I post that, it will pretty much be all over the place as to whose mind you're in - but it should be easy enough to follow. If I ever were to take this and change it so it could be a book or short story, just to let anyone who cares know, it *would* actually still be called "Behind the Scenes" - because it would be about two teachers and what goes on behind the scenes of what their students see everyday. XD I'm a big dork, I can't help it. Anyways, I love these two together, and think they would make a beautiful couple, and pretty much obsessed with writing about them, so updates will probably come fairly quickly. I tried to keep each character's voices strong, but as they don't have the larger roles, there's a lot of liberty I can take, and where I've gone with them may surprise some. Well, at least where I've gone with one of them, considering any other fanfiction I've read about her. I don't own the characters, but I do own the story. It takes place starting in OotP and goes all the way to the DH. There are some time jumps, but I will try to alert you ahead of time. I will not alert flashbacks - if you can't figure those out, should you really be reading this? I have taken the time to come up with titles for all the chapters, so please comment on those as well as the chapters themselves, it's greatly appreciated. By the way, all but the first chapter, until I say otherwise, I wrote while sick, so if there is anything confusing that I didn't catch, please let me know... I'm trying to make sure the chapters all flow, though. Follows both the book and the movie, pointed out when necessary. Any incorrect grammar (fragment sentences) is done on purpose as literary license. Enjoy!
