Day 29 - What now?

Ok. So do I cut more calories or exercise more or both.  I've started using SparkPeople as well to help me track calories and nutritional goals.  So we'll see how that goes.

I know I shouldn't expect to get up and suddenly be at my GW.  But my progress has been so slow.  I'm eating pretty healthily, getting exercise, and putting more effort into losing weight than I have in a loooong time.  And yet, this morning I was at 270.4.  Only down 5.6 pounds in 4 weeks.

Goal for the next two weeks
1) Track my diet on SparkPeople
2) Eat within my recommended caloric intake
3) Give myself a 1 minute pep-talk once a day
