Cupcakes are yummy!

SO I was craving chocolate today.  Instead of buying and eating some random pastry, I bought some cake mix and made 2 dozen cupcakes....uhm.  I only ate FOUR!!  I plan to take them all to work on Monday and let my coworkers eat them.  They usually like my baked goods.

This was a pretty good week.  I had my 4-week weigh-in on Tuesday.  I was down 10 pounds! WoOT!  15 more to go before my birthday (3.14).

I'm still having trouble overeating.  Breakfast and lunch are fine.  I eat healthily and within my planned calorie range.  I'm usually full.   I bring healthy snacks in between.  But dinner is a problem.  I almost always overeat!  I'm so used to eating a HUUUUGE meal at dinner and it's really hard to  break that habit.    Any suggestions?

Goals for the week
- gym at least 4 times
- schedule Dr's appointments (that's been on the to-do list for a couple of months now)
