Luke Skywalker and Yoda are training in the swamps of Dagoba, when Luke accidentally drops an X-Wing on Yoda's foot. Luke's embarrassment turns to horror as he realises that Yoda's big toe has, in fact, been cut clean off by the corner of the X-Wing's skids
