(no subject)
Well, even if I don't make it to the end, at least I'm still in the race now.
PROS:
- Sang one of Mary Schiller's favorite songs
- Dean Southern asked me to work with him after the auditions for 20 min.
- Dean Southern asked me to work with him for another 20 min, a while later.
- We had dinner with Dean Southern!!
- Mary Schiller asked me to write another essay to have on record, which means that she liked me too.
- "I'm just telling you all of these things, because I know I won't see you for a while", could have been an accidental comment, but who knows...
- Dean Southern told me that he likes working with me, and that I have a good voice!
CONS
- There are only 3 or 4 spots open for Dean, and well over 100 auditioned so far!
- My theory exams went horribly, because we haven't covered that stuff yet in Tony's class, or even Dr. Corin's.
- My high school grades were bad, since I was a wreck in high school.
- I was very shy and nervous at dinner with Dean.
- There's still 2 more weeks of auditions!
The weird part is, I already miss Cleveland. It's so bad that I'm getting attached to it already, since there's absolutely no guarantee that I'll get in.
but I feel the way people say you feel when you fall in love. There's no way of explaining how you know you're in love, you just know. I just know. I feel like I'm in the place where I'm absolutely supposed to be when I'm there. I know it's right for me to be there. I love CIM.
