Sorry for the tease in my last post. My published piece is a background bit on Vancouver's ethnic diversity for an academic website. Since it's a log-in website I'm not sure I can share it, but if anyone's school subscribes to ABC-CLIO, it's currently their World Geography Background. Students can actually cite me in their work! The other major information I forgot to share is that I'm getting extra responsibility at work. I'm now going to close the store a couple nights a week, which means I get trusted with keys, codes, and making sure all the money is properly taken care of. There's been a lot to learn, which has only added to the craziness of the last few weeks. Tonight I've got a headache, so instead of being out partying I'm about to head to bed so I can make it through my next four days of work. Derek's in LA for his best friend's birthday (she's had a rough year so far so he wanted to surprise her) and I'm trying not to be too jealous. It helped that the weather was beautiful today. That's what February should always be like in my book.
