It's Calisthenics Wednesdays!
Well, off to class again tonight!
I've decided to post most weeks now because nobody else does!
Tonight we are running Inters and Juniors class together because the Inters coach will be late!
Doing warmup with that many girls is going to be fun!
So far, we have 14 Seniors, 7 Inters, 8 Juniors 3 Subbies and 4 Tinies.
That's a good year for us but we're hoping we can boost the Seniors numbers and also the Inters so they have a full team.
I'm assisting the Juniors this year (I did last year as well) and I can't wait to see what this year brings.
Anyways, work calls, post more about class tomorrow.
