And boy what an eventful sleep it was. Who needs a holodeck when you have dreams. But then again in a holodeck I'd have better control over what I'm experiencing (I have never tried the whole lucid dreaming thing. I guess when someone is running at you trying to kill you you forget that you can try to change it), at least until some sort of nebula makes the holodeck goes haywire and suddenly a bunch of 1920s mobsters are running about the ship.
So, first things first. In one dream, I was at a shop that sold Chinese buns (like the ones Jackie gave me the other day. And I didn't like the meat one, I tasted cow stomache in it >:( But I did like the raison one ^_^) and rice. While the man behind the counter was not asian, he was old with a black scraggly beard and shoulder-legnth black hair. I apologized to him for being early to his shop, as I was the first one there and he was just finishing making all of his goods. In a friendly manner he told me not to worry about it. Fast forward and then I was outside of the shop, standing in a line with Mae, Katie Fink, Beth Kaiser,
patchworkfarms, and a whole bunch of other girls, all of which were wearing fancy dresses circa 1800's frontier women. The premise was, we all had to get raped by the shopkeeper and his friends, who were all rather old and unkept and I had the sneaking suspicion that they all had an STD of one sort or the other. Mae (who was wearing a light purple dress) tried to console me, "It won't be that bad." But I was replied "There is no way I'm having my first time be a rape!" I looked for a way out, and found it. In front of us girls was a line of shops straight out of a frontier town, including the one where the men were waiting. Behind us was maybe half a mile of barren dirt before the edge of a forest could be seen. I waited for dusk to roll around and then I went off as fast as I could, trying to reach the forest. The terrain of was very uneven, and I jumped over many concavities in the ground. But as the sun set, I got to the forest. Then my perspective changed to watching Becky and a man with shoulder-length dirty blonde hair who was wearing a hat. She was supposed to help him find me. They came to one point in the forest where a dirt road forked into three different directions. Becky saw me making my way under a fallen tree that lay across the left fork, but continued to follow the man down the right fork without saying a word. Becky and the man then came across some sort of cement structure that looked to be half-buried in dirt. I could see what I am now presuming to be myself in the crawling in the back end of the structure, where I found a hatch that led down a ladder into a bunker of sorts. Becky led the man into the structure, soon to be followed by the rest of the girls that I was originially standing in a line with, in effect trapping him. In the bunker was a woman in charge of everything there. Apparently they let the man run away and I screamed at the woman asking her why but I can't remember her answer.
In another dream, I was in a basement.
robinage,
erbylikewhoa, Zac, Kevin Maley, and other people were there. Robin, Janice, and Zac were making a sort of manican, but it was supposed to be a witch. Meanwhile Kevin Maley was like "if they can make a witch, I should be allowed to make a famous crazy murderer!" And I was really mad at Kevin Maley, begging him not to finish his dummy because then the murderer would come back to life and kill us all. And there was a priest that was very mad at Zac/Janice/Robin for making their witch too. And I was just freaking out, pleading to them all, "When night comes rolling around I don't want to get killed because of these stupid things that you guys are making!" And my mother just wanted to leave that night on a family vacation to Floria with me, Zac, and a little sister that we apparently had within the dream. Finally, I, along with the others, convinced Kevin Maley to let us destroy his manican, which was pretty gruesome with lots of red paint for blood in its hands, which were made out of cardboard cupholders. Janice said the only way we could get rid of the manican and the spirit of the murderer was to have it carried away through the air by a bunch of bees... So, we took it outside, which happened to be my backyard. My fence was still up and so I climbed onto it, carrying the dummy representation of the axe-murderer, which by this point had somehow grown smaller and was sporting a pair of black bat-like wings made of construction paper. I ran up and down my fence with it, pushing it into the air whenever I gust of wind came around, but each time the thing would just fall to the ground. "It's because we need the bees," Janice said. "I don't see any bees flying around, do you?" I replied, growing anxious because I didn't want to get killed if we didn't get rid of the thing. "Here, let me imagine them for you," Janice said. And then I saw a group of bees flying next to Janice. The two of us ran down the length of the fence, her on the ground and me on top of the fence, as the bees flew next to her. At the end of the fence I let the manican drop onto the horde of bees, and we all watched as it flew away into the sky and disappeared. Back in my backyard, my "little sister" was covered in orange-colored blood, as was everyone else, but it wasn't their own. And there was still the witch to deal with. By eight that night my mother was home from work, resolute on going on a vacation to Florida that night one way or the other. "But I have piano lessons!" I said. And then I was out on my front porch and a police car drove by. "Maybe he can protect us from the witch!" I thought, but he pulled into the driveway next door, which was his home, where he was subsequently beat up by a bunch of his friends that had been hanging out in his garage. Again, the blood was orange. And then I think that dream ended and I have no idea if the witch Zac, Janice, and Robin were making ever came to life to kill us all, or if my mother got us to go on a vacation to Florida.
