Most people befriend others on LiveJournal from all sorts of places: fandom communities, real life, online gaming, other websites, etc. However, to each other, they're not much more than usernames they often see in comments, so here's a chance for people to ask each other questions about their mutual friend. How did you meet this person? What is this person like to you? Then someone else takes all the liberty to answer that question!
(Example: Perhaps someone I know from real life might be like, "Does Janice talk about Pokemon a lot?" and then someone from H_E could probably be like, "OMG YES WTF." The original poster -- me, in this case -- shouldn't really have to say much. It's for the poster's amusement.)
