I decided to look at the Harrisburg Patriot News today as I was getting my coffee in the GF break room. The front page contains the following stories: the headline is that immigrant workers in Lancaster who milk cows for a living do not in fact make $60,000 as the PA Speaker of the House claimed, when trying to justify the pay increase he recently passed for himself. Other highlights include a write-up about how if TMI ever had an emergency, this whole area would be on its own for a minimum of 72 hours but most likely far longer, and that FEMA doesn't even try to claim that it would help us sooner. What crap.
Today is new com day. It looks as though nothing too exciting is coming out today, but still, I'm psyched. Once I put my comic buying shoes on, who knows what I'll walk away with. I'm feeling loose and fancy free.
