STILL NOT FOUND Specific Harry/Severus marriage living in Severus' quarters at school.

Okay, I'm getting desperate because I'm still searching internet and can't find this one fanfiction. PLEASE HELP !
1) it's a marriage or bonding fanfiction. Harry has to marry Snape to protect him from either Voldemort or the ministry (I really can't remember). Whatever the reason at first they end up married.
2) Harry has to move in Snape's quarters. At first they have one bedroom each but one day Harry (or Severus) learn that someone is coming to see if they truly act as a married couple. So one of the two has Harry's things moved into Severus' bedroom. And I can't find any fanfiction with this particular moment.
3) I don't know if it's in the same fanfiction but I also remember Severus having a brother visiting.
4) Harry is learning to draw or paint to make moving portraits. I think he borrows Colin's camera at one time (but I'm not sure).
5. I think Umbridge might have been the one coming to see if they were acting like a couple but I'm not sure...
6) memories that might or not belong: Harry becomes apprentice in DADA (maybe). I remember a christmas where Harry asks if he can decorate their quarters.
