I truly believe that every person in life serves some purpose... and its not just friends.. maybe someone you only said hello to
i find it interesting how those people come in and out of your life.
Take people that i went to elementary school with. I can only count on one hand including myself.. who i grew up with in Tujunga that is doing something positive in their lifes.
And if it wasn't for the internet especially myspace i would not have come back into contact with two very important people in my childhood.. John and Dustin.
John, Dustin, Myself and Stefanie are the only people in our grade school class that are not into drugs.. and are going to school.. sad isn't it?! whats even more sad is that we went to private school... we were given opportunities to advance ourselves in life.. and 4 out of the 15 in our class are doing something with that. and not doing time or drugs...
John and Dustin were like my best friends in school.. you didn't see me without the other. And ironically.. after i had lived in Ojai for a couple years.. Dustin's family also relocated to Ventura County.. he only lived 40 minutes from me (if that!)
Hell.. we even have a few friends in common.. but never knew where the other one was..
until now.. we hung out last night for the first time in 10 years. And i can't even describe how much fun i had...
So i guess.. all that i have to say is you never know where life will lead you.. and what will happen tomorrow.. because you never know what from your past might come drifting back in..
