The Super Carb Diet! It seems like a Mediterranean diet w/ extra complex carbs allowed and follows the Beachbody approach too ( eating at certain times). I also wanted to get Thinner, Leaner and Stronger and The Year One Challenge by Michael Matthews (but both books are $15 each), and I got Bob's used for $7 ( including S&H from Barnes and Noble. Ok so I am resting today. I just did 4.15 hours at work of both duties and got mad at 3 ppl in that time hehe!
