Stressed out as fuck!
Yeah, fucking work at the Pizza Place almost had me go off today! First, heard that Corporate was showing up so that meant the owner or Jessica OR BOTH w/them too, then saw that a big majority of the bread dough ( both kinds) as well as some of the Pizza Dough were all OVERPROOFED by how long, how many hours, who the fuck knows as it was last night and I wasn't there? Also no grease on either side of the plastic sheets that house the dough in the pans for all them so yeah, that was fun trying to get that off.....
I was super pissed and upset when the Mid Shift Manager came in at 12, started shit w/the NEW AM Manager and then started shit w/me over my ONE bread in a rack of a fucking lot and said it was unacceptable....then after texting Jessica about how I don't want to do breads, it's pressure at being perfect, shit from today,over the owner's past few weeks of yelling regarding certain incidents at work and I get her BS reply of talk to your Manager, I have no control of where you are placed in the store and these messages being sent to me literally goes nowhere.....holy shit! I remember that stuff w/TC and how DIFFERENT that convo was, so supportive and shit & I have noticed my last written word messages to her re: the owner yelling, treating us like we're stupid w/his 'bonus' comments he adds in, she did not touch on ANY of that, so she is enabling his behavior to continue & what kind of environment does she think is being fostered there because of that?....
Had stuff an hour and a half left on my shift about one other bread being big vs small, I said hey it was overproofed ( like wtf do you expect)? I only had a half hour left, did buttering breads /filling the warmer, and tried to tell the AM Manager but she was busy in a meeting out in the open of dictating the Night Shift w/the Mid Shift Manager and shit, got my free pizza set up, clocked out, waited for my food, got it and LEFT.
I might go in tomorrow to say something to someone to 'notify a Manager'... I'm just over the owner, over the yelling, the micro managing shit, everything has to be perfect, get a robot for that...the fact that anytime I mention how the owner treats us, things he says, the yelling, it is not getting mentioned back to me by Jessica.....does she know what kind of environment is being fostered by the continuation of the owner getting to just say wtf he wants to us?
I'm also just super pissed at myself for being stupid the other day....I am super nervous about not finding a place as I haven't found anything in the last few months ( re: new job OR new apt)...& I detected ONE scammer on CL who kept pushing for me to send him Zelle or crypto for the deposit/1st month's rent BEFORE I saw the apt, only a one month lease, then sign for a year, etc....his name caught my attention, then he didn't have time to verify my employment or call my landlady, but less than 2 hours later at 8:30 AM, says this looks good?
I'm just tired of not hearing anything from ppl over a couple days and then finding out it was rented out as I was at work or something like the last 2 times, so w/the 2nd apt rental, I filled out the app and FOOLISHLY gave my SSN....I tried to do the icv3 or whatever on the IRS website but they wanted a transaction amount, I was like, no, he hasn't done anything YET..tried just adding some BS amount but it wasn't being accepted/reported successfully, so I just did 2 free credit reports and both came back good...so maybe the guy's legit, Idk.... won't do that again....keep checking reports I guess...dk why Experian, all the tracking stuff was INACTIVE, I thought by clicking the dots above, could get it to ACTIVE but nope...
Also hate that this Geebo site exists as it has job ads and they're BS I guess and at least I finally got those stupid job alerts to also stop ( but don't think my Target app for Backroom Team Member went through)...
Yeah, I don't see how I'm supposed to go to bed in less than 2 hours....but at least I haven't had a second soda ( or a full 12 oz) since my one lapse earlier.....I get next Thursday off from the gym and I'm planning on enjoying it, cleaning, maybe packing if I get my tote cleaned out and hopefully finding a new legit rental ad..
October 11: almost 7 AM......ok so I DID go in the next day to mention something to a Manager there, but the owner was ALSO there, standing in the open doorframe between the Lobby and back of the house and he literally stared at me for 10 seconds before I then acted like I was there to just get a soda....yeah, not bringing up is a Manager here just for the owner to pop on in w/his 'help'....
So one of my sisters knows about my current living situation, so my other sister will probably find out soon too....I have put out like 10 Alert for Availability on certain apt buildings, emailed like 6 of them w/close move in dates, had 2 misses w/apts being on the market/lease only for 3 months and the other, the place only fit a twin bed and a mini fridge and bathroom/kitchen was in the main house shared then..I hope I hear back from 33 Hualani, Hilo Villages OR Bayview Banyan Apts soon:)..
Monday at the PP was fine due to my NOT using ANY overproofed fused together spilling over breads, which is what I will from now on....
Today, the Oahu bosses come in for their monthly visit and man, I am having FUN seeing everything on the work chat now! People calling off all the time, needing shifts covered, hearing all the deflecting talk from my boss re: kids WEREN'T sick the other day so the girl working there got sick SOMEWHERE ELSE, they have to gauge if kids are really sick during the shift and kids are only not admitted in if they are VISIBLY sick and if it's at Check In....they also have to find coverage themselves if they call off....
