Especially with eating healthy and trying not to eat all the junk food! I did manage an intense workout yesterday of walkouts, reverse flys, presses and kneeling wood choppers, but not the back to back combos I was aiming for ( 6:20 AM wake up by dogs in my bed on my 1st Sat off in a year had me w/ a dull headache all day but ice cream, M&Ms n chips helped:))...I am liking all the TV marathons on and trying to squeeze workouts in has me wanting to wake up earlier so I can do more than 2-3/ week. It is really hard to not want pizza or drink a lot of soda during these times bc for me, the shows are more enjoyable w/ that.
I find that I can get away w/ the bad eating if it is done before lunch and then only 1-2 servings between lunch and dinner. I also try to space out a bad day of 3 snacks ( including dessert) by having the next 1-2 days be lighter meals ( 1 or 2 snack servings), workout day or both for those days. I am just glad that now all I have is 1 10 oz bag of M&Ms for the week, half a thing of ice cream quart, no more chips ( just 6 boxes of Triscuit) and if I do have my Capn Crunch or Dino Bites over oatmeal, I consider it a dessert too (n just have 1 serving of candy and/or 3 small ice cream scoops that day).
