The second people started showing up with bodies, Theo had owled his former coworker
Nadine. She was still a healer at Mungo's, but Nadine had been looking for other work. She was there in a matter of minutes helping him. She even sent owls to some of her friends who weren't working that night.
"Oh my gosh... Healer Weasley!"
Draco was carrying Ginny.
Theo stared in horror for two seconds at Natalie, who was hobbling in behind the pair. Something clenched in his gut, then he rushed to her side.
"Nott," Draco snapped.
"Natalie is bleeding!"
"I have... Natalie, is it," Nadine asked. Natalie nodded. "I have Natalie, Theo. You help Weasley."
Theo sighed, looking at Natalie with concern.
"Theo, help Ginny."
Theo moved to the exam room Draco had deposited Ginny in. He immediately started running diagnostics. "What did she get hit with?"
"Don't know."
"You don't know," Theo spun, wand pointed. "Where were you then? Why weren't you watching her?"
Draco pointed his own wand. "Heal her. Now."
Natalie was wincing as mediwitch Nadine looked over the gash in her side. "Can you... hurry?"
The mediwitch gave her a look.
"Draco and Theo do NOT need to be left alone together - especially when the both of them are upset already. There could be hexes."
"Theo is a good healer. If Ginny has any sort of injuries, he'll make sure she'd fine before hexing anyone." She saw the unimpressed look on the dark-haired girl's face and smiled softly. "You were hexed very bad. I'm not going to be the one to tell Theo if his little sister gets an infection because I rushed through her healing."
"You do not understand," Natalie replied. "Theo and Draco are not reasonable about one another."
Theo finally turned his back and looked Ginny over. All he could see seemed to be a sleeping charm. She was in a deep sleep. Everything else looked... normal. Her breathing was fine, her heart was fine.
"She's just asleep. She should wake in a few hours."
Theo turned suddenly and hexed Draco. The blonde went through the door of the exam room, spilling into the hall.
"Dammit!" Natalie reached for her wand and tried to get up.
Nadine put a strong hand on Natalie's shoulder and pushed the woman back to a sitting position. She ran towards the exam room, her wand held at chest level. She had never really used her wand for anything that was not related to healing, but she did not want to heal Draco Malfoy because his healer had injured him. They had more than enough to heal as it was. "Theo!"
"Ginny's under a sleeping charm. She'll be fine. He deserved that. How's Natalie?"
Draco got to his feet unsteadily. "Pillock."
"Wanker," Theo quipped as he pushed past Draco. He stopped suddenly. "Your knuckles look like raw meat. Come on then."
"Oh right."
"Quit being a baby, Malfoy. I can at least heal you so you can help."
Draco made a face and stalked after Nott.
Nadine watched the two men stalk off before turning to look back at Natalie as if to say 'See? Everything's under control.'
Natalie just shook her head as Nadine got back to checking her over.
Slowly more and more wounded started pouring in. Draco and Theo had to put things aside for the moment. After Draco's hands were healed, of course. Natalie was made to lie down and let the blood replenishing potion work on her.
She only tried to get up when Hestia was brought in twitching.
"Hest!"
"Sit down, Natalie," Nadine said, as she rushed towards the short blonde who was hauling the Auror. "What happened? Do you know what she was hit with?"
"Cruciatus. A lot," Darby said.
Kingsley immediately apparated in after them and grabbed Hestia.
"Penshaw?" Draco walked towards the blonde girl.
"Hey, Malfoy."
His solicitor had a cut on her forehead. Draco pulled her over to a chair and dabbed at it with gauze.
"We found Aunt Bonnie," she said woodenly.
Draco looked down. The way she said it let him know the finding had not been alive.
Nadine was already leading the tall man, who she now recognized as Kingsley Shacklebolt, towards an exam room. Theo was on her heels. She crossed to the cabinets and began pulling out several different potions. Muscle relaxants. Headache relief. She had only been trained how to treat the Cruciatus. She had never actually done so.
Theo was watching what Nadine was doing, not that he let her know that. He held Auror Jones up as he forced vials down her throat. His diagnostic charms showed damage, but likely not permanent with therapy. The woman had taken some abuse.
"I have to go back," Kingsley said.
"I have this. She'll be looked after," Theo replied without even looking. "Go."
"There's a lot more coming and we're putting the spillover in the Sticks. One of the MacDougal girls is training and the matriarch has a bit of it herself."
Theo nodded. "Longbottom's there. Tell someone to give him a good shake and have him help."
Continuing to hand Theo vials, Nadine paid careful attention to what he was giving the woman, and in what order. It was obvious he'd treated the unforgivable before, and she had always had a passion for learning new skills. "It looks as if she's bitten her tongue."
Theo nodded. "That happens a lot when the person tries to control the curse, to fight it. We just need to get her muscles to relax. She'll sleep, and she'll feel like hell when she wakes."
He hoped she did not ask how he knew that about the curse. Theo was not prepared to recall his time in a camp.
Nadine nodded, taking in that information. She hoped she never had to use this again, but with the political climate in the wizarding world currently, she was fairly sure everyone's hopes would be dashed.
Theo checked to see if Jones was stabilizing. When he was satisfied that she was, he left Nadine to it and went to start on the influx of wounded coming form the raid.
{SUMMARY} Wounded start coming into the clinic, but Theo has it under as much control as possible.
