I need to get your medical opinion on something, mate. Normally I'd wait for Nat to ask on her own, but she's is a bit embarrassed to bring it up. Considering the subject (and the fact that two of the three people she could ask are either her family or mine), I can hardly blame her.
So at the risk of sounding crass, I'd like to find out how Nat's condition might affect our love life, or if it does at all. Nat's been getting cranky about it, so if your recommendation is to wait, I'd like to give her some definite answers as to why.
Of course if the answer is "Wait? What the hell are you on about", I'll need to cancel her next few sessions with you, as we'll be... otherwise occupied.
