Summertime and the living is....boring
I've been told I should update this thing every once in a while by Nick, so in an attempt to avoid homework for yet another hour, I figured I would give it a go.
So far my summer has consisted of..well not much. Up until the past few days I have been really sick. I have only been one week since school let out without being in the hospital for treatment or blood work or some kind of test. Most recently was another CAT Scan...I won't get the results until Monday but they put me on antibiotics which I think are helping because I actually feel good, well better than I usually do on all the steroids and other drugs. I've been out of the house about five times. I hung out with Jill and Alexis - Family Fun Fest with the Illusion (what what) and Friendly's twice in one day...so is the life in Rochester. Went to the beach with the family on Memorial Day weekend..that was fun. Christina was a wuss and wouldn't play in the water. She also got ice cream all over her shirt so it looked like she was lactating chocolate milk - her boyfriend would be proud. We went to Goldenrod's but they didn't have anything I am allowed to eat so we went to the other candy shop with the hot guy who always wears the Red Sox hat. Again, they didn't have anything I was allowed to eat and my mom felt bad so she let me cheat and eat one pecan turtle. It was so good but man did I get sick ;)Last weekend I went to my aunt's house in Maine and watched the pool fill up. My cousins did Christina's hair for her boyfriend's sophomore semi at Noble and I did her make-up. She looked gorgeous!
I turned 19 last Monday! We rented Mean Girls and Shall We Dance and got some Pizza Hut. It was a fun night. I went shopping yesterday and got some new summer clothes at Old Navy. And that is everything I have done outside of my house this summer, mostly because I have been too sick to even get dressed. Oh yeah - can't forget about Blast - Good Job Spaulding! I also went to the pre-band camp show thing...the show is going to be so awesome and the color guard is HUGE (they had these really cute name tags that one of the captain's sisters spent all night making with a caricature poster of all the girls...talented girl ;) Yeah Pedrick saw it and said I should be an art major - loser! It's his fault I am a music major!!! Just kidding. But seriously, way to be man - not cool.
