Sorry for being an icky lurker. That just gobbles up your lovely stories but never leaves feedback.

I love that Oliver got Chloe to reveal what was bothering her and that he stayed the night with her.

Can't wait for the rest!!!

Don't worry about that. I don't always review when I should either, and I should know better then that. I'm glad my fic was able to bring you out of lurkerdom. :) Thanks for reviewing!

So many things I loved about this: "He just-" The tears were obvious in her voice and she hated it. She didn't want him to know how hurt she could be, she didn't want him to see her so broken. "It feels like he doesn't care. Ever since..." She couldn't bring up Jimmy's death. "He just hasn't been there. And I'm there, even when I don't agree. I don't expect much. I know better than anyone that he has responsibilities, but some concern would be nice. After all I've-" she cried and shook her head angrily. "After all I've done for him, lost, given up he has the nerve to tell me that he needed me to concentrate more on watching his back?!"

You absolutely nailed, word for word, my problems with Clark this season.

And I loved how Ollie was there for Chloe. Her saying he didn't have to stay, followed by his reply: "Yes I did; someone has to take care of you." Oliver rarely considered something a sure thing.

I can't wait for part two =)

I'm glad I got that part right. I was trying to think of the right way to describe my issue with Clark.

And I love Oliver saying that, because it's true. They are leaving her alone to her own devices and shouldn't be surprised that she is doing things on her own.

*holds back tears*

After everything Chloe's done for Clark, that just kills me.
The upside of course is Ollie.
*wonderful as always*

Thanks for seeing it to. It just bugs me that Clark has at least appeared to be neglecting Chloe. I mean I guess you never know happens in the background (as seen in Conspiracy *rolling eyes*) but it doesn't appear Clark has been there for her.

I'm glad you liked my version of Chloe. Because after Conspiracy I kind of feel like it is a different person.
