I haven't updated in like a year! Woo for being bored of blogging!
It is sunday night, and I have had a fun week. Went to dinner at PF Chang's with Carl on Monday, it was awesome to chill with him and talk a lot...I love Carl to death <3<3<3 Tuesday I had to do that PETCO Park concessions thing that we are all required to do. It was interesting to say the least. I spent the night working a cash register and getting food and beer for many impatient baseball fans. I learned how to pour beer from a tap properly...meaning little to no foam in the glass. But in the process I made a huge mess and spilled beer all over the counter and my hands. Ewww. Wednesday I went out to a nice dinner AGAIN, this time at The Cheesecake Factory with both Shane and Carl. Good food going on there, yesss indeed. Then we decided to go see Star Wars at midnight that night, and luckily found a theater that still had tickets. The movie was cool, but the guy who sat next to me was smelly (not Shane, the other guy who I don't know!). And I got home really late and had school the next day, woo hoo! Friday night I got off of work early, because we were overstaffed and very very slow. So I had a night free to chill and relax.
Last night was a bit crazy, haha. Shane and Matt Moe came down to go to a birthday party with me. My old friend from E last year, Billy, turned 21, and threw a HUGE party to celebrate. Oh my gosh does Billy know a lot of people!! His (quite large) house was just packed with people, in every room wall to wall. Whole backyard filled too. We didn't really know anyone there, except Billy (or so we thought), but then ran into a couple of other old drum corps friends, Jay and Phil. What a surprise! They didn't even know Billy, they just happened to be there with a friend who did, haha...what a small world :-) We left after probably an hour and a half or so...it was weird not knowing anyone, and they ran out of alcohol, so there was nothing to do, haha. After an interesting adventure involving Shane making friends with a Wendy's drive-thru worker, we headed back to my place for a little bit more partying. Okay, a LOT more in some people's cases, haha. Not me, I just stayed sober and ran around cleaning up after people and taking pics/video. It was a fun little group...me, Glenda, Matt, Shane, Aaron, Krista, and Krista's b/f Jonathan. Finally everyone went to sleep around 4am (give or take an hour) and then I had practice all day today. And my right arm is on fire because apparently I missed that arm with my sunscreen...it hurts.
Ahhhhhhh and I still have 2 more weeks of school even though everyone else is done already!!! And my boys leave Tuesday afternoon to move up north which means I won't see them until July 23 :-( :-( :-( Ahhhhhhh!! Why am I yelling? Aaaaaaah! I dunno....I am bored, haha. It is sunday night, and I have had a fun week.
