so i watched this one show House yesterday. i don't really watch/enjoy a lot of tv, but this program pleased me.
i find myself extremely miserable during certain situations, yet i continue to put myself through said situations/circumstances/scenarios/whatever. yay insanity!
and i will be back later because i have to leave now.
so yeah. mocha ice cream is really, really good.
happy june.
yeah, i totally forgot what i was going to say. damn.
i can't write anymore. like, poetry. i tried yesterday, got to the 3rd line of the first stanza and saw nothing but total garbage. whatevs. it comes and goes.
I was walking one day
Through a nice autumn breeze
When I wandered upon
A great forest of trees
I ventured on in saying
“What to expect?”
I soon found out
I’d rather have left
In a clearing quite large
(“I should retreat to my wagon”)
Stood a sight to see
A massive pink dragon
“Who goes there?” it spoke
And although I was frightened
I answered out loud
“Sir Nathan, the enlightened”
“What be your business, handsome knight?”
It said to me, as I gazed with a frown
Toward the top of its head
At a small, three-tiered crown
“I came searching for love”
I finally began
“To seek the foxy maiden
Who’s home lies beyond this land”
“I cannot allow that”
She (what guy dragon wears a tiara, really.) said with a snarl
“I’ve known her far too long
Her heart you shall not gnarl”
“How can you say that?”
I started to implore
She said “YOU ARE EVIL
I’ve dealt with your kind before”
“What kind might that be?
The kind to keep for yourself in your cave?”, I replied
“You will not stop my quest,” I said,
“I will find my bride!”
She stood in my path
The scent of fish on her breath
And prepared herself
To indulge in my death
“The maiden is mine”, she said,
“To guard forever!”
I sized her up; 14 feet tall
(This is quite an endeavor)
“I may not be a charming man,
Riches and grace have I not,
But I have seen aforementioned lovely maiden
And her eyes I have never forgot”
“I may have known you, foul beast
At a time long past; yes, a time prior
To your selfish hoarding
And your distasteful desire”
“Enough babble”, said she
“We must battle now, fair and straight
For this damsel’s hand
To determine your fate”
So I drew my sword
And she sharpened her claws
And we fought and we fought
Her for herself, and me for my cause
It lasted for what seemed like days
But finally when she began to bleed
I rested myself upon the ground
And victory was mine, indeed
As I sliced off its head
The forest echoed with laughter
Then I went on to find my bonny lass
And we lived happily ever after
The end.
but yeah. all the readings went (relatively) well after school today.
EXCEPT FOR MEAN WRITING THAT MAKES ME CRY.

3. Something that only makes sense to you and me.
4. Your first memory of me.
5. What animal I remind you of.
6. Something that you’ve always wondered about me.
7. Then post this in your own journal
PERSON #5 LOOKING FOR DANIEL FROM THE CRUISE: NAOMI
what is this? does this guy think he's funny?
DAMN YOU DANIEL, DAMN YOUUUU
You're the outsider, hiding behind rational thought
and extreme professionalism. You want to do the
right thing, but you're not above jumping ship
when things get hairy. You're a loner of sorts.
