ReVamped does answer most of the questions Staked left hanging, so hopefully no worries there.
I'd be quite curious to know what you think of the new cover Pocket is using for the mass market version of Staked. It's by Gene Mollica, the same artist who did the cover for ReVamped. I'll miss being able to say have Chris McGrath covers. Chris is a fantastic artist and a heck of a nice guy. I liked the way Chris took the cover concept he was given and turned it into a very noir classic-era movie poster style.
Fortunately, Gene has a really cool take on Void City and I am very pleased to have his art on my books. He even managed to work Eric's Mustang onto the cover the second book and El Alma Perdida onto the new cover for Staked. :)

To answer your question: I like the art, but I don't feel it matches the book's content very well. It's catering too much to the kick-ass heroine crowd, and if readers go in expecting THAT, they're going to be disappointed, methinks. The stripper cover is far more appropriate, me thinks. :)
