My friends all think I'm a cuntrie bumpkin when I get excited about corn nuggets at lunch. Well, I disagree. Think about it, the Native Americans ate corn long before there was ever a southern accent or spoken English in "The New Land." Corn is a wonderful food when it's not dry and grainy as in cornbread but a creamy, sweet, crunchy little bit of heaven in the form of corn pudding. Now take said corn pudding and fry it. (Mmm, oil!) It looks sorta like a hushpuppy but when you bite into it, it pops open in your mouth and this wonderfuly texturous, creamy and crunchy, sweet delight floods your taste buds with a golden warm flavor.
Now, there are many ways to eat corn nuggets.
1.) The 'normal' way for all you purists out there. You just pop one in your mouth and chew. The initial bite creates a gustatorally wonderful POP in your mouth that floods your taste buds with that wonderful creamy flavor, sending the feel-good wonderfulness up your glossopharyngeal cranial nerve to be processed in the foodgasm center in the brain.
2.) The bite and suck method: Bite a small corner of the nugget off and suck the insides out like a spider eating a fly except you can eat the shell afterwards.
3.) The inside-your mouth suck method: Pop the whole thing in your mouth and perform the bite and suck method totally inside your mouth
I'm sure there's more but I think I've freaked all y'all non-southerners out enuff
