You guys, I am so screwed and I might be homeless. Here’s the thing...the reason why rent is so dirt cheap at my apts is because its rent controlled by the city of santa monica. Sooo you have to have low income and be approved to live here. well, heres my problem, they never got back to us whether I got approved, so I just moved in because they landlord said I should be fine. This morning we got a letter saying we got DENIED. They said we as a household make too much to be living here. hahahaha that is fucking stupid. Usually it’s the opposite of what apts tell you. we are trying to figure something out. cause, uhh, im already moved in. so hopefully our plan will keep me here.
BUT on the upside I got offered a promotion to be a design assistant. I haven’t decided if Im going to take it yet, cause I don’t know if I want to go to the design dept. or the merchants dept.
Charlie is supposed to come over this weekend to help me paint my room. uhhh that is, if I have a room by then.
At least I have two people in my life that keep me laughing, even when times get really tough. They are always there for me to keep me grounded and sane. I hope they know I appreciate what they do. Especially Claudia, I dont know what Id do without her.
