I drink tea whenever I'M sick! Echinacea tea is best -echinacea and zinc fight colds best as near as I can tell.

Goldenseal tastes worse than Echinacea.

If you are ill enough to need it, you won't think about the taste.

I like it!! It tastes kinda minty... at least the teas I get do.
