In media arts. Researching a presentation on the DMCA, Mp3 law, and Napster. Fun fun.
So, I need to get writing again. I'm so out of practice.... so, drabble request time, only I'm giving myself the time limit of the weekend. Taxed from llama_sama.
Everyone gets to request a drabble from you. In return, they have to post this in their journal and write a drabble for you. Post all fandoms you're willing to write for. Your friends can pick a relationship, a story arc, a missing scene, or pretty much anything they want, unless the author has previously mentioned that they will not write it. They comment with what they want, and you write drabbles and post it in your LiveJournal.
So... I'll do pretty much whatever, but I only really know bands. Ask, and if I don't know the band, I'll check them out or tell you so or both.
There may or may not be some other miscellaneous items up... a R.A.N.T. for my 'zine, (R.A.N.T. stands for "Random And Neurotic Thoughts",) among other things, maybe a poem or an open letter sort of deal. Depends on how I feel, and how things go.
In other news, I had a 63% last mark update in my French class. I thought I'd have, like, 55 or something on my midterm. But nope, I'm totally getting a 70! And my mark is actually at 73 right now, but I seriously fucked up a presentation today, so it's gonna drop back down in a major way.
I thought someone said the wrong line (it was like a play...) and so this is how it went:
The dude: Oui! Mwahahaha... (correct line)
Me: Wait, WHAT?! (In English, too.) Oh... uh... Mais les animaux! (correct line, haha)
