I'm sick of today's fashions. I'm sick of walking in the halls &seeing girls who recently cut their hair just because everyone else is doing it. These people think that they are a fashion revolution but really they are just looking like everyone else they "can't stand". Half of these people don't even listen to the type of music they are trying to emulate. All of these fads happened overnight and people automatically assume that they are the only individuals out there. They assume that they are artsy because they have short hair, they're deep because they take pictures and they are different because they wear bows in their hair. Nobody wore bows last year. Nobody listened to fall out boy three years ago. Nobody listened to Panic! At the Disco last year until their stupid video aired on Fuse & MTV. I bet you don't even know who Tilly &the Wall is but you still put their lyrics in your profile. This is disgusting. I don't see anything cool about being like everyone else. You all suck.
I'm also sick of listening to people joke about the most un-funny things. Rape isn't funny. I don't find anything humorous about having someone force you to have sex with them. Child abuse isn't a riot. Having parents who hurt you isn't something to kid about either. Cutting isn't a joke. Grant it, I don't agree with it by any means, but laughing it up isn't helping the problem either.
I bet half these people don't even know what a hard life is like. They probably had everything handed to them, when they wanted Abercrombie, they got their $80 jeans. When they wanted to be artsy, they got their $400 camera. When they wanted to be misunderstood, they bought Bright Eyes album thinking that'd make them cool. When they wanted to be different, they got their $40 haircut and stupid Burberry bows.
I don't care if it doesn't make sense. I hope anyone who reads this wonders if I'm talking about them. Chances are, I am.
