(no subject)
This is my first update since December. The day when Atlanta BATTERED New Orleans 36-17. Mike Vick threw for a touchdown and 231 yards and ran for 2 more touchdowns. And no, I didn't look that up. I'm just BRILLIANT.
Anyway..
Since I haven't updated this for about 8 weeks I probably didn't mention to everyone that i quit uni at De Montfort. For many reasons really. You'd like a list, you say? Ok..
1) I didn't like my course.
2) I didn't like the uni.
3) I don't like Leicester.
4) I didn't like living at home and travelling into uni every day.
5) I didn't like missing out on everything due to the above reason.
6) I didn't like being taught web designing on an audio and recording technology course.
7) I didn't like the lack of communication between the uni and the recording studio.
8) I didn't like that the course was being written as we went along.
I think that'll do for the list. Any comments can be directed towards this man.
So since Christmas I've still been working at De Montfort Hall and starting on Monday I start a new job at the Department of Constitutional Affairs. This is only for 6 months, which works out fine because I've applied, and been accepted by Leeds Met to study Politics in September. I'm looking forward to it. Looking forward to what, you say? A list may answer your query.
I'm looking forward to
1) Leaving Leicester.
2) Starting something brand new.
3) Being around new people.
4) Living away from home.
5) Living in the same city as fits such as DAN, RICH [et al], AND BYRON.
Lovely. Also, I'm going to see Jenny Lewis next week in Birmingham which will be great. And the week after I'm going to see Kanye West with some of the aforementioned fits above. Then on the 18th I'm going to a Leeds Met Open Day just to make sure it's not rubbish, which it won't be.
